DEO 1: USLOVI KORIŠĆENJA
1. Prihvatanje uslova i starosna granica
Dobrodošli u zvaničnu aplikaciju kluba La Variété. Korišćenje Aplikacije i usluga kluba La Variété
dozvoljeno je isključivo punoletnim licima (18+ godina). Korišćenjem ove aplikacije saglasni ste sa
uslovima i pravilima navedenim u nastavku. Molimo vas da ih pažljivo pročitate.
2. Korisnički Nalog
Da biste koristili funkcije aplikacije, neophodno je da kreirate nalog sa tačnim podacima (ime, prezime,
email, telefon). Odgovorni ste za bezbednost svog naloga i lozinke. La Variété zadržava pravo da
suspenduje nalog u slučaju kršenja pravila kluba.
3. Loyalty program i obračunavanje dolazaka
Sakupljanje dolazaka se obračunava isključivo za period od poslednjih 12 meseci (365 dana). Svaki
dolazak važi tačno 12 meseci od dana evidentiranja. Ponovno skeniranje koda tokom istog događaja neće
uvećati broj dolazaka. Zadržavamo diskreciono pravo izmene i ukidanja statusa.
4. Rezervacije i pravila kluba
Aplikacija omogućava slanje zahteva za rezervaciju mesta na događajima. Slanje zahteva ne garantuje
rezervaciju sve dok ne dobijete zvaničnu potvrdu. Klub zadržava pravo otkazivanja rezervacije usled
kašnjenja, izmene repertoara, cena i dress code-a u bilo kom trenutku.
Kupovina ulaznica i usluge trećih lica
Za prodaju karata koristimo eksterne platforme (npr. Cooltix). La Variété ne snosi odgovornost za proces
naplate na tim platformama.
6. Loyalty Program i QR Kod
Vaš lični QR kod u aplikaciji služi kao digitalna članska karta i koristi se za evidenciju dolazaka (Check-in)
na ulazu u klub. Sakupljanjem dolazaka u periodu od 12 meseci, napredujete kroz naše nivoe (Neon Blue,
Gold, Platinum, Black). Zloupotreba QR koda ili ustupanje trećim licima može rezultirati gubitkom
statusa.
DEO 2: POLITIKA PRIVATNOSTI
1. Privatnost i Podaci
Vaša privatnost nam je važna. Podaci koje unesete (email, broj telefona, istorija dolazaka i rezervacija)
čuvaju se na sigurnim serverima (Google Firebase). Koriste se isključivo za potrebe unapređenja vašeg
iskustva u klubu, obaveštenja o događajima (Push notifikacije) i vođenje Loyalty programa. Vaši podaci
neće biti prodavani trećim licima. (Third-Party)
2. Brisanje naloga
Ukoliko želite, u svakom trenutku možete trajno obrisati svoj nalog kroz sekciju „My Account“ -> „Obriši
nalog“. Brisanjem naloga nepovratno gubite svoju istoriju dolazaka, sve aktivne rezervacije i stečeni
Loyalty status.

PART 1: TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Acceptance of Terms and Age Limit
Welcome to the official La Variété club application. The use of the App and La Variété club services is
strictly restricted to adults (18+ years). By using this application, you agree to the terms and rules
outlined below. Please read them carefully.
2. User Account
To use the app features, you must create an account with accurate data (first name, last name, email,
phone). You are responsible for the security of your account and password. La Variété reserves the right
to suspend the account in case of club rule violations.
3. Loyalty program and Check-ins calculation
Accumulation of check-ins is calculated exclusively for a rolling 12-month period (365 days). Each check-
in is valid for exactly 12 months from the date of entry. Scanning the code multiple times during the
same event will not increase the number of check-ins. We reserve the discretionary right to alter or
revoke statuses.
4. Reservations and Club Rules
The app allows you to send reservation requests for events. Sending a request does not guarantee a
reservation until you receive official confirmation. The club reserves the right to cancel reservations due
to lateness, or change the repertoire, prices, and dress code at any time.
5. Ticket Purchases and Third-Party Services
We use external platforms for ticket sales (e.g., Cooltix). La Variété is not responsible for the billing
process on those platforms.
6. Loyalty Program and QR Code
Your personal QR code in the app serves as a digital membership card and is used to log arrivals (Check-
in) at the club entrance. By accumulating check-ins over a 12-month period, you progress through our
tiers (Neon Blue, Gold, Platinum, Black). Misuse of the QR code or sharing it with third parties can result
in loss of status.
PART 2: PRIVACY POLICY
1. Privacy and Data
Your privacy is important to us. The data you enter (email, phone number, check-in and reservation
history) is kept on secure servers (Google Firebase). It is used exclusively to enhance your club
experience, event notifications (Push notifications), and Loyalty program management. Your data will
not be sold to third parties. (Third-Party)
2. Account Deletion
If you wish, you can permanently delete your account at any time through the „My Account“ -> „Delete
Account“ section. By deleting your account, you irreversibly lose your check-in history, all active
reservations, and acquired Loyalty status.
